	When you receive a proposal from an applicant, you will use the software to generate an Organization Record for that applicant.
	A Project/Grant Record is then attached to it that tracks information on the proposed grant, including purposes, activities, dates, financial needs, review process, grant categories, and geographical sites.
	Any future proposals from the same applicant are automatically attached to your previous records.
	You will have easy access to all information pertaining to an applicant's history with your foundation.
	You can generate reports any way you wish: by date, location, organization, or area of interest.
